Choose the network you want to use and select Continue. Choose a network option and select Continue. Highlight Airport Express in the left panel and complete the fields, including Name and Password. Incidentally, version 5.6.1 is available, but it complains that it requires Windows 7 SP1. Plug the Airport Express into a power outlet and launch AirPort Utility. Follow the instructions and enter a workgroup name (default MSHOME). Wireless-equipped Macintosh computers or Windows XP computers can then have access to an entire network. Go to the Network Connections in your Control Panel and select 'Set up a homne or small office network' from the sidebar. Unplug your AirPort Extreme, and wait 10 seconds. Choose the network you want to use and select Continue. Open AirPort utility (it will likely show 'Device Not Found'). For Windows 8, 8.1, or 10, the AirPort Utility for Windows will have two applications listed in the Apps & Features window: 1) AirPort & 2) Bonjour. Click TimeCapsule and click the Edit button. Choose a network option and select Continue. Launch the AirPort Utility on your Mac or Windows, and youll see the screenshot below. I installed version 5.5.3 under wine-1.5.12. Plug the Airport Express into a power outlet and launch AirPort Utility. I can't get APUtil.exe running under wine.
